Screener

A binder will be provided for each team with covid sign in sheets. One sheet to be used per date (practice or game)

The screener must have all players, coaches, umpires and spectators sign in with name and contact number and answer “yes” to the self screen. This includes the opposing team and spectator information at a game.

The screener will then take a picture and send to Kendra Craig at [email protected] or drop off sheet to 126 Huron St W. within 24 hours of the practice or game.

Help coach to ensure that players remain in their chairs when not on field. Only coaches and on deck/in hole batter should be in bench area.

Ensure that signage is secure on stands. We are discouraging use of the stands for spectators.

Cleaner

Cleaning solution bottles (2) and clothes (4) and hand sanitizer (2) and one box of gloves will be provided to each team.

Any equipment used that may need to be shared ( ie bats, catchers equipment, pitchers helmets ) will need to be sprayed enough to wet the surface, left for 30 seconds and then can be wiped down if needed. This is done between individual uses.

Encourage the players and coaches to utilize the hand sanitizer when leaving the field of play

Ensure before practice or game that area is fully clear of garbage and spray high contact areas (if any) and let air dry for at least 30 seconds. Ensure after practice or game that area is clear of garbage and high touch areas are sprayed and left to air dry for at least 30 seconds. We want to leave area clean for next group coming in.
