Exeter Minor Ball is planning hardball and girl’s fastball programming for the 2026 season.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Deadline - February 20, 2026
Returning players MUST register by deadline to ensure a spot on a team. New players/registrations will be accepted after this date as division and team sizes allow. The registration form will move to 'Wait List' status and new teams may be added as numbers allow.
Registering early helps the executive determine team numbers and availability of diamonds to ensure another great ball season for everyone, so please REGISTER EARLY.

Government legislation requires all sport administers to ensure participant/registrant compliance and mandatory waivers are signed. These have been included in the online registration form.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made by e transfer – fees are due within 14 days of registration and should be sent to
[email protected]
· Payments will auto deposit so no password is needed, but you MUST include the player name and division for it to be credited properly.
JERSEYS
Players are asked to provide your jersey size with registration.
Jerseys will be collected at the end of the season and returned for future use.
Jersey ‘try on’ nights will be held at South Huron Recreation Centre if you are unsure on what size your player needs.

CONTINUING THIS YEAR
Our 7U division will be co-ed and will be playing in the WOBA league.
The 9U girls will be joining the Huron Perth Fastball league.
Exeter Minor Ball Day will be held in June once again. Keep an eye on the website and Facebook for more information!
TRYOUTS
- Players wishing to play for an 2026 OBA team may indicate their interest on the registration form. Tryouts for these teams were held in the fall, but EMB will accept new interest and a spring tryout where team sizes allow.
- Players with an interest in ORSA (Fastball) please make sure you note your players interest on the registration form.
- Players selected and rostered to play OBA baseball or ORSA/OSSTA may be charged an additional playing fee. The fee will be based on actual additional costs and information will be provided to all those rostered.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
We continue to have a volunteer requirement much like other local minor sports organizations have. We will NOT be collecting a bond cheque, but each family is expected to participate with their players team functions – coaching, managing, scorekeeping, diamond prep etc. throughout the season.
In addition, we will be asking each team to participate and contribute to the Exeter Minor Ball Day in June 2026
Information will be provided to teams at the beginning of the season.
Our organization needs to raise funds over and above the money collected through registration for things like equipment, uniforms, diamond times and of course umpires. Funds raised help keep registration costs as low as possible and we hope to have another successful Baseball Day in 2026!

REGISTRATION DIVISION AND FEES
* Additional Fees may be charged for OBA (Boys Rep) or ORSA (Fastball Rep) teams
** We recommend players born in 2020 with no previous baseball experience register for Teeball for their first season, but it is not required. 2020 born players may register for either Teeball or 7U - both programs are co-ed and played at Timbits diamond.
