PART 5: Volunteer Opportunities
We will continue to have a volunteer requirement much like other local minor sports organizations have. Our organization needs to raise funds over and above the money collected through registration for things like equipment, uniforms, diamond times and of course umpires. Additional funds raised also helps keep registration costs as low as possible. Each family is expected to fulfil a volunteer requirement for each registered child with Exeter Minor Ball. The non-participatory fee is $200 per child that is registered on Teeball, Extremes fastball or Express baseball side. Teeball is NOT exempt from the volunteer requirement. The fee are not meant to be punitive and it is our sincere wish to not cash any cheques from any family, so please make sure you are using the opportunities that are offered to volunteer, as it will be your responsibility to make sure you fulfill the requirements.
