Exeter Minor Ball is planning hardball and girl’s fastball programming for the 2024 season.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Our online registration for the 2024 season will go live January 15, 2024 and will run until February 15, 2024.
Please head over to www.exeterminorball.ca, go to the registration tab where you will find the online registration form.
Government legislation requires all sport administers to ensure participant/registrant compliance and mandatory waivers are signed.
We have created an online registration platform to ensure that these mandatory requirements are met. (eg. Rowan's Law; concussion information)
You MUST register by February 15th to ensure your child a spot on a team!
Registering early helps the executive determine team numbers and availability of diamonds to ensure another great ball season for everyone, so REGISTER EARLY!!!!
There will be 2 nights available to drop off cheques and try on jerseys
Wednesday, Jan 31 and Wednesday, Feb 7 5:00pm to 7:00pm at South Huron Rec Center
NEW THIS YEAR
We are trying something new this year and eliminating our Pre-Mite group.
Our U7 division will be co-ed and will be playing in the WOBA league.
The U9 girls will be joining the Huron Perth Fastball league.

SHIRTS
- Players will be receiving their own shirts to keep at the end of the season, we will need to know your shirt size with your registration
TRYOUTS
- Players wishing to tryout for an OBA team (Hardball) or ORSA/OSSTA team (Fastball), please make sure you note your players intentions on the registration form.
- Players selected and rostered to play OBA baseball or ORSA/OSSTA will be charged an additional playing fee.
Approx $100 - 200 per player.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
We will continue to have a volunteer requirement much like other local minor sports organizations have. Our organization needs to raise funds over and above the money collected through registration for things like equipment, uniforms, diamond times and of course umpires. Additional funds raised also helps keep registration costs as low as possible.
Each family is expected to fulfill a volunteer requirement for each registered child with Exeter Minor Ball.
The volunteer bond / non-participatory fee is $200 per child that is registered.
Teeball is NOT exempt from the volunteer requirement.
The fee is not meant to be punitive and it is our sincere wish to not cash any cheques from any family, so please make sure you are using the opportunities that are offered to volunteer, as it will be your responsibility to make sure you fulfill the requirements.
